Is that Belgium or the Netherlands? The town we used to live in in Belgium (Leuven) had a similarly packed bike parking lot... I miss riding my bike everywhere all year long!
This is in Amsterdam. The population of the city is just over 800,000 but they have over a million bicycles! It is so nice having bikes everywhere.
